All shipping methods are available for all orders.
We will agree to the priority to air express when it comes to the urgent order. It will take 5 days and 7 days for the worldwide shipping with door to door service. DHL, Fedex and UPS are the options.
The ordinary orders can be shipped by air and ocean which decided by the cost efficient. It will take 14 days by air services, and your local tax is paid from our side. It will take 35 days by ocean. DDP and DDU are available.
Absolutely. In fact, a lot of our clients will take advantage of cost savings by buying bulk.
For the cooperated customers, we will give you a discount or commission if you introduce other customers to us.
Yes. To proceed with an order, typically at least a 30%- 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due upon shipping or picking up the product.
A: Sending inquiry to us (including item name, size, quantity information, shipping address), so we can work out the price including the shipping cost for your reference. You can contact with us online (What’sApp, Linkedin, Facebook, skype, etc.) or email to us.
B: We can provide free mock up design service or template, once the artwork proof and price are confirmed, we will send you the invoice for payment.
C: You can use Bank Transfer, Paypal, Western Union, 30% deposit and 70% balance against shipment.
D: Order will be arranged immediately once we get the deposit. Once finished, we will update the finished products and video and quality checking report for your approval.
E: Then you can arrange the balance, once we get it, we will arrange the shipment immediately.
Yes, we have designer group, it is free if it is easy mockup design. on the other hand, It will take 50 USD for a logo if you have no vector logo file.
Often jobs are time sensitive and have deadlines. More often than not we can ensure that you get what you need on time. We are here to help and we’re also up front and honest meaning that if a timeline for a certain job would compromise quality, we have to pass on it for integrity’s sake. That being said…more often than not we can work with even the tightest deadlines!
We do not list everything we can produce on our website as the list is virtually endless. If it can be printed on, chances are we can provide it for you. Simply contact us with details and let’s get started!
Once the product has went into production it is non-refundable. A proof is not always given unless requested. Please ensure your artwork submitted follows are guidelines found on our upload page. Please check for spelling, color, etc.
All sales are final including printing and hardware. Refunds will not be given in the event of late shipments due to courier delays, weather, customs delays, acts of God, strikes. If you have a time sensitive event, we encourage you to order early as possible. If you have an urgent deadline and we agree to the due date, we will do everything we can to get it to you, however there is always a risk and you should understand that it’s not always possible. Shipping delays can and do happen.
